ITC was founded in early 2009 by its sole proprietor, Yousif Al-Hardan, to provide a range of management services to a local, regional and international clientele.

ITC has offices in the United States and Iraq to better facilitate client communication and support.

Since its inception, ITC has focused on enhancing the productivity and profitability of its clients. We serve as an extension of each client's management group, providing opportunities to recognize trends and set direction that will lead to the attainment of each firm's respective goals and the on-going achievement of targeted results.

Mr. Al-Hardan’s professional career spans two decades during which he served as Vice President and Director of operations for government and private sector firms, as well as the managing principal of his own firm.

He has been a licensed Chemical Engineer since 1988 with a degree from the University of Technology and since that time has worked in the management field for both Industrial and Commercial projects.
